Jeremy I’Anson – Director

Jeremy started his career with IBM and spent four years working in Business Development first in London and then a further four years at the IBM European Headquarters in Paris. He then moved to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia where he worked as Project Director for Pitman Training Services and then as General Manager of a British Aerospace joint venture training company based in Dammam in Saudi Arabia.

For the twelve years up to 2008 Jeremy was based in the UK working in the Executive Search industry with responsibility for senior appointments with clients in the UK, Europe and Middle East. During this period Jeremy built an in-depth understanding of the recruitment market in the Middle East with a focus on successful searches in the telecommunications, airline, banking and technology sectors.

Jeremy writes on career related matters and contributes articles to a number of national publications. Jeremy was a regular panellist on the Computer Weekly Next Moves column and is a regular Blogger providing advice and opinion on career related matters. Jeremy has a Masters Degree in Education from Aston University in Birmingham.

Steve Royston – Director

Steve Royston has spent many years in senior roles in the Middle East including Saudi Arabia. He has also helped to establish, manage and ultimately sell companies in the UK, Finland, the USA, France Germany and Hungary.

In 2001, as Managing Director of the Kudos Partnership Limited, a leading recruitment firm specialising in the IT market in the UK and Ireland, he managed the sale of the business to TMP Worldwide Inc (which subsequently demerged into Monster Inc and Hudson Global Resources).

Steve is a  director and major shareholder of Anfield Inc., a training and business process outsourcing consultancy based in Raleigh, NC in the US, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Manama, Bahrain.

Like Jeremy, Steve has written and spoken extensively on subjects related to human capital.
